H1F 500 spark plugs and engine oil.

Hi all , Hope everyone well and looking forward to get out again after the long wet winter.
I need advice on spark plugs for my H1F 500.
Can i use NGK B9HS-10 instead of B9HS. I believe the -10 is to do with the spark gap 1mm instead of .5mm ???
And what engine oil would you recommend.

NGK B9HS-10 is the standard plug.
Motul Transoil 10w-30 Mineral Gearbox Oil.
