When you look at the testing & development facilities (07:01 to 07:25, 08:47 to 09:55), CAD/CAM machinery, robotics, computerised distribution system etc, they were so far ahead of the British bike industry in 1972 it was ridiculous!

Skub, I was lucky enough to get a factory tour in 1989, and it didn’t look too much different then.
Even though, by ‘89, they were 5 years into building the GPz900!
