I see a lot of posts recently about how bikes are being sold too cheaply, but they are still not selling or very slow to sell.
The market has definitely dropped in the past year or so, and personally I am glad, as it makes triples more affordable to more people.
Do you agree?

Re: Triples too Cheap?
As many have said before we're all getting older and there's fewer potential ( younger) buyers.
I almost bought an H2 a couple of weeks back but have never ridden one so got cold feet, what if it wasn't what I'd hoped or expected, shall I get another 500? I wish i knew !

Re: Triples too Cheap?
My perspective would be a little different from that of a collector/investor. I bought my triples to ride and enjoy, they are never going to be concours examples, but I try to keep them as nice as I can.
I could count on one hand the number of bikes I made money on,over my 53 years riding,so I kinda don't expect a bike to appreciate.
You make a very valid point Tony, concerning affordability. We all know folk who'd love to own a triple, but the prices are out of their reach. It would be cool if prices weren't too salty for them.
Sellers and buyers obviously want different things, but a happy medium could work for most.

Re: Triples too Cheap?
I would probably make a small profit on my S2 if I sold it now and this would be the ONLY bike I would make a profit on in my years of bike ownership, but that is not why I bought it.
