Greeting people. As my disc upgrade is coming to an end looking at what next. Had fitted a couple of new tyres with new inner tubes. Was going to do them myself but opted to pat someone who had the full kit. All looked good on pick up, but following day front was flat. Went back but shop all locked up and were not answering the phone. Looks like they have shut down. Found someone to fix the tube. I remember when I had a 250 in my youth a front blowing out in a corner not a nice experience. My Suzuki GS1000 had alloys and tubeless tyres
Remember some of the triples had alloy wheels that used tube less tyres less prone to to blowing out. Any one know what will fit the KH500. As can start looking around for a set. Might even be able to convert to a rear disc.

Re: KH500 wheels
If you want to convert to alloy wheels I have a set of period Campbray alloy wheels for an early Z1000a complete with spacers, discs spindles etc. They need powder coating.
I am in Surrey so near you if you want to check them out and buy.
Call me on 07768 830707 if interested
