All ready for the Sunshine

Post by Mike 1958 »

Hi All :smt039 , all ready for the sunshine to come out. May need a good downpour to clean the roads after the farmers have been out playing in their tractors.
It’s been long winter , I am looking forward to getting out and leaving some blue smoke in the village.

All the best Mike Thumbs Up

Sorry, but that reminds me of an early Bike magazine custom build - only they referred to the 2 colours they used as 'shit brown' and 'puke yellow' . :smt005 :smt005 :smt005

They were never a popular colour in the 70s,but it's another one of those things that have grown on folk over the years. I always liked the colour and Kawasaki's use of 'brown'. :D

Hi Charlie, you certainly know how to make friends!!!!!!!!
I assume you have no bikes in shit brown or puke yellow.
My wife calls it the chocolate banana, maybe she just too polite, ha ha 🀣
Looks better in the sunshine, it’s actually shit brown metallic. Enjoy the sunshine Charlie β˜€οΈπŸŒž

Thumbs Up MikeπŸ€£πŸ˜€πŸ‘

I wasn't a fan, until I saw an original factory painted bike glistening in the sun.

The weather has been fine for weeks, cold and dry , if you've never ridden your triple on a cold day you don't know what you're missing

as usual each week my daily 9 miles trip to go at my office on the morning and to come back home on the evening, add 20 miles on saturday to go to see my mother with a small part on highway which helps to put off 2 stroke oil from the engine :smt004 with a white smoke :D

Cheers Doctorpayday.
I finally managed to get out in the sunshine for a bout 30 miles as my local garage had run out of petrol. Only had 1 1/2 gallons to put in.
