HIF Value?

A mate has stumbled across an unrestored but nice H1F in brown. The paint is faded, so needs a respray and the spokes are a bit brown but may polish up. All the alloy and chrome parts are good, the standard exhausts are good, it is all original with 22k on the clock, and is taxed and tested.
He reckons it's about an 8 out of ten, what do you think it's worth, the owner wants £2500?
