Nice day for a ride out

Post by SAM »

Been a great bike day today. :D Had to drop off documents to clients around Hertfordshire. Took the 500 out for first time in weeks (H2 has had all the attention) started first kick & did not miss a beat.

22c slightly overcast. But dry!

Haven't ridden the H1C since early last year. Got a new battery and fired it up last week though. Started on the 4th kick. Once you get that H2 on the road, the H1 gets neglected. I definitely have to put a few miles on it this year.

Hi folks, set your profanity filters to level 3

Had a ride down to Donnington with some mates today, left the H2 at one mates house cos it was gonnna, and it did fookin rain, not as bad as it looked but worse than the fookin weather forecasters had said.... "sunny start clouding over late afternoon, and definitely no rain 'til Sunday".

Donnington was a definite fooking rip off, £15 just to get in, very little inside (some gorgeous birds though) and three fookin quid fifty for a burnt burger tossed on a dry bun with a slice of that plastic cheese, and it was cold, presumably hot would cost extra.

Yours, exceedingly unimpressed, Wolfie
