s3/kh400 piston ring

has anybody got a spare o.5 oversize piston ring to suit a s3/kh400 ????
please help, i'm drowning in dispair :cry:

chris, r (chief test rider)!!! because mine doesn't work !! :(

Have you spoken to Sam perchance? he rang me on this very subject yesterday.

If you're watching Sam, if you read above the table on page 25, it does say that 6mm is the free gap when the rings are on the bench.. a bit earlier in the text (p24) it quotes 0.15-0.35mm in the bores.

But it is a little confusing.

hi simon,
its the bottom one, original type with the ends shaped to fit under the locating pin, as opposed to up to it !

i think these are .5mm but i havent got a .5m piston to try them on.
