just found out i need a v888 (dvla £5) for previous keepers

I wish you luck with this Latch, but I think you'll find that the DVLA will not give you the info on previous owners unless you currently own the bike yourself. I tried this a couple of years back as I was trying to trace one of my bikes in the hope of buying it back and whilst the DVLA understood my reasons for wanting the info, my request was declined and the cheque returned
