... in the Triples Club. I recently did some work for Morgan Price (Cabbie to you lot!), namely a reed conversion. He asked for my PayPal address & paid straight away. After a few days I asked if he'd sent payment yet, as I'd not received anything at all. Yes he said, I cut & paste the email address you sent me. So he looks into it and finds that the money has gone somewhere else as he'd missed the "c1" from my address. He talks to PayPal who basically tell him tough shit, he made the mistake, not them so there's nothing they can or will do. Morgan calls me to let me know and says he will just send me the money again if the people he sent the money to don't return it.
What a good chap he is. We are talking a big chunk of money.
I then check the email I sent him and discover IT WAS MY FAULT! I sent him the wrong address.

So now it's my fault.
I just got an email from him saying that if I don't get my money back, he will shell out half as he feels a bit to blame as he asked to pay via PayPal.
He was going to foot the total bill at first and then, after discovering it was my fault, still insists of paying half again. All I can say is what a bloody nice chap.

Not many people like him about these days.
PayPal are arseholes and so are the people who received the money if they don't refund it.
I'm sure if you get money put in your account by mistake, it's not legally yours? There was the case of a couple whose bank put £600 in their account by mistake and they spent it - they were made to pay it back. Oh well, just have to wait & see what happens...
