Outstanding gazza, thanks for your help.

One of my racing buddies strongly believes that that the possibility of us racing at the same venue on the same days, would have been to complicated for the race officials.

This may explain your 2nd cat status.

most of my racing in the later days was done at hillingdon circuit after the hayes bypass was shut down
so thers a good chance as pros,1st 2nd cats were set off a lap down on 3rd and 4th cat riders and we had to chase that lap down.
i remember Tont Gibb winning most of the races and the Lynda Mcartney race team racing there.
