Should make no difference electrically, only if the mountings are different?

I thought the 400 has 2 yellow wires the 250 3 wires on the rectifier

Haha, you made me look at the diagrams again, yep slightly different wiring but otherwise should be OK..

I`ve bought one of these for my kh400.
It`s a combi rectifier/regulator for single phase ac supply electrics.

i`ve not fitted it to my kh400 yet, but have tried it on my bench test rig,it works ok.

Wire colours are
white & green to ac supply
brown +ve
black -ve
