Ultimate pressie for the H2 ??? or NOT

Post by kwackersken »

Just thought I would share this one.

Whilst waiting for El Presidente (thanks again Rick :smt023 ) to bring my H2 Home to me I showed :smt061 Er indoors the photo?s of it
She immediately got excited when she read the title H2 AKA The Widow maker ! Cant think why ,
Anyway one day when I come home from work she was beaming and told me she had found and ordered the ultimate pressie for my bike. (what a lovely wife she is ). A private plate ! Excellent I thought what was it ?????? She then informed me it was
H2 DOA????. H2 Dead on arrival ! how very apt she giggled  for the widow maker , I then had to explain to her that I could?nt use it as my bikes a 72 plate and this had to go on a 1990 onwards  , well that stopped her laughing when she had to tell the DVLA she had made an error, luckily for her they were sympathetic and gave the silly moo her money back , Trouble is I did kinda really like it but never did tell her that and it was very cheap at only £245 . she still got the last laugh when she creepily said its not the present it?s the thought that counts ! What a wicked sense of humour she has!

The DVLA have still got the plate up for sale when I last looked although its gone up by a tenner if anyone else was interested
