Many thanks for all your input. Some were very, shall we say, 'interesting'. Needless to say, I shall be crossing this publication off my Santa 'wants' list.
I would love to see a triples 'Bible' written by the qualified member or members, but a massive task to put it all together with minimal mistakes - and then there's the time involved. A labour of love.

Would be fantastic if Rick and some of you other UK experts could get some of these details and photos in some sort of an organized read. As mentioned above, it would be a supreme labor of love.
