Oh blimey, I recognise that bike. I have a feeling it might have been a European import some years ago rather than one of the 30 odd UK bikes, though don't take that as gospel.

Think laterally a little bit and you should work it out Rick. You could have a word with him and be able to collect a few sets of numbers BUT you probably already have them on record from quite a few years ago. From who they belong to.
I've got a feeling this one is an older Italian import.
