club membership[HIGH PRIORITY]

Post by downpipe3 »

i have a list of around 100 members who have still not paid there renewal , we have sent out reminders and a lot have returned there chq,s and paypal payments.

there is a cut off date which will be end of march for renewal of memberships if you have not renewed by then [3 months late] we will presume you are not going to rejoin for whatever reason you may have so club site access will be blocked , if you cant access this site after end of march it means your membership has noit been paid ,sorry to be so mecenary about this but there are people using the site that have not joined for more than a year ! and its not fair on fee paying club members.AND TO ADD THE NEXT CLUB MAGAZINE IS DUE OUT NEXT WEEK SO NON PAID UP MEMBERS WILL NOT RECIEVE THERE COPY

if you have any doubts please contact me and i will confirm your membership gary.clarke93@ntlworld.com
btw last year we raeched a all time high of members with 579 members
not bad for a 1 make only club

Gary, I think we should also put this on Ricks and Simons boards so all club members can see it as some are more active on other boards. I think you should also add that it means they will also not get any more club magazines

It may be that the club regalia is in a section on the forum that only members can buy from?

someone could join the club, buy a shirt, and then not rejoin for what ever reason but still be entitled to wear the shirt?

Bump.

Accounts not accessed for over two years were deactivated at the weekend, this actually deactivated many of the non members list.

Most non members are now deactivated although some may have slipped through.

I will keep whittling away so..

There are many of you who still have no location in their profile..

I use this to cross reference who you are so please enter one now.

Another board I occasionally visit puts non member usernames in red and members names in blue to readily differentiate them.
