Oil tank seal

Hi All,
Got 2t oil leaking from the oil tank from the window.
Took it apart and the rubber seal is quite soft and rubberery so distorts out of place when you tighten the window up.
Do they still make these?
Where can i get one from?

They do if you try to tighten them right up.

The trick is to degrease the surfaces and give it a wipe with silicone sealer then tighten until it only just starts to distort.
