:!: Attention all those entered in the club track session :!:

To ease the effort of ensuring my communications get to everyone, particularly when I have the camping details, I would like to email you direct, as a group. I already have some e-mail addresses (as marked * below) and I can identify most people by their forum username (as shown below), but I'd prefer to use your direct e-mail if possible. Finally, their are two people and two usernames I haven't tied up and some blanks which I need contact details for. So can all those whose name is in bold, please PM me with their e-mail address. Nil replies I will assume to be non-web users, so I will contact the organisers. Also, if I've got your username wrong, better let me know! Thanks all.

I was due to be away for the festival, but now I'm not :D and I would like to take the H1R rep, obviously I am not booked in and all spaces are now full :( is there anyone with a booked and paid space unable to make it who's entry I could take over, would be nice to ride there, been meaning to do it for years, but something has always come up.

Cheers Martin

LATEST NEWS: I have just confirmed with the organisers that we will have our own section of the camping area for up to 40 people.

I'm also looking for any other members who may be interested in putting their bike on the Avenue of Clubs to supplement those from us doing the track session; this attracts a free weekend pass for one person and their bike. First come, first served.....!

Nice one, will we simply say 'triples camping area' at the gate or will we need summat formal?

Last year the gate nazi's wouldn't let some buddies who arrived later camp next to us, saying it was full when there was loads of room

Sounds like a plan, but I'll check with the organisers in an attempt to avoid any problems.
