We lived in Buckinghamshire but used to have a weeks break in Clay Cross - here are some pics from 1985 I think.
There used to be a show in about June time - fantastic.
O M G! If I hadn't just driven 600 miles I could write a book on those photos . . . Ian Manleys H1f, My H2b (with TWO number plates), Gary Maltbys H1f "special", Doug Pekins A1 alongside his partner in crime, The late Don Leesons Suzuki and sadly the late Phils Churchetts Z900, Malvin, Judith, Keiths masterblaster,Our late friend Joes H2c . . . The list goes on! - THANKS for posting those!
That of course was my initial thought too Rick, but I but quickly realised these were taken after Keith had broken Masterblaster up as the quite reserved chap with long hair from Worcester (?) had bought the paintset for his B, pictured.

Well spotted Hal, no polished speedo pod on my bike !

Nope, Joe was a White guy stuck inside a half caste' body - He use to get some $hit down at the George, we use to go down there on a Sunday and wait for the flack about The "N" on the H2
Joe was going home from a bike rally (2weeks after the Nottingham rally) in the early morning and crashed/lost control on a bend on his ZXR750.
I had been sitting next to Joe in the Indian two weeks before
he used to say "Bloooody H2oooos, I couldn't afford to buy one now!"
One of the originals who had been in the triples club from the beginning and a real nice guy.
How Bikings Changed !Brilliant stuff !
