For me it was my Z650 C2 back in 1983.

Image

I bought a C1 a while back and have proceeded to make it as much like that one as I can ....( excepting the fairing)

Image

I even sourced a lefty exhaust a short while back - that is now on the bike.

Z1000a2 when I was 24
First bike I ever built from scratch. 1105 engine by NCK racing in Coventry. Gasflowed head. Red braced frame. Alfa pipe. 2 :4 seat. Smoothbores. Metmachex arm. And a mural on the tank
Nearly got killed on that bike while trying to race my mate on a Ducati in the lake district.

EFD 119 T where are you now  Come home to Daddy :smt022

Two bikes for me.Easy to pick two out of literally dozens of bikes i have owned...
NS400R..The greatest two stroke i have owned.Fast and torquey with sublime handling.

Agghh..and my lovely old manx norton :D :D :D ..well i say it old, it was a developed version of the original manx but built in 1998.It was fitted with the second ever molnar engine. The riding experience was as good as it gets, really it was.Never was so much given from so little.Totally sublime and for me the greatest ever race bike, bar none!

Purple H2c in 1979. It was the last H2c sold from Kawasaki of lowestoft. I managed to buy it from a guy down south somewhere who bought his mates Z1b.
