stafford classic bike show.

Post by HIGGSPEED »

well i am looking forward to the show as usual , but this year is a first for me. i am actually having my own stall there.

i am outside in the field towards the exit tunnel last road on the right half way down.

i am only taking my H2 and a GT250 with my pipes on to start up every now and again!
i am just giving out leaflets and quotes ,but mainly i will be sitting around drinking large quantities of tea and coffee with my assistant Gaz. oh and talking bollocks about old bikes. possibly taking an order or 2.

so do pop round and dont forget the biccies, preferably hob nobs , but any digestive based beverage snack will do  :smt023

i will have spare baffles, stickers and assorted bits with me and my new range of embroidered t shirts ,sweatshirts and hoodies :smt023

if you need me to take anything down ,let me know.

hope to see lots of you down there :smt023

nice pictures guys, thanks.

well i had a great weekend, even though i was camping on site. still thoroughly enjoyed it. big thanks to Gaz for stepping in at the last minute to help out on my stall. we had a ball, drawing huge crowds every time we started up the H2 with my loud baffles in
I must have used a full tank of fuel in the H2

it was great to see all you guys again both at the show and at the hotel bar in the evenings, it is the main reason i love the show.
i didnt get much of a chance to have a good look round, but i aint complaining 'cos i was so busy taking orders for pipes! also just as well cos i always find a bike i want to buy

we were lucky with the weather again, both days turning scorchio in the afternoons when the mist lifted.

roll on next year!
see you all at the north west rally in may
cheers
Higgsy

Yes I must agree, best Stafford ever for me :D

According to the organisers the Saturday was the busiest they have ever had.

Did'nt get to see much . I was bombed out all weekend.

Thanks to all customers and everyone who called in to say hello, apologies if I didn't get chance to have a proper chat, I was just so busy.

.... and a big thank you to Whitwoo (Paul) , my new assistant/apprentice, he did a grand job helping out over the whole weekend.

Lets do it all again in April :smt023

Great long weekend. Its the way to do it & yes so good to see so many of you. Special mentions for Kenny my driver & for carrying cranks for me. Big thankyou for Malc Anderson who stole him from me Saturday night so i got a good nights sleep! Also Rick who sold the Wheels for Chris Ritchie fund. Club stand was awesome & well deserved the award of best Jap stand. Rich Youngs lovely S1 also managed an award even though it gets ridden. Thanks also to all our helpers who put in a stint or two. How do we top this one?
