Winter project Started

I know it's not officially winter yet, but up here we've had snow and frosts and the gritters have been out so I guess that's the end of riding until spring.

Therefore I decided to give the H1 a winter overhaul, including getting the frame powder coated so I stripped it down a couple of weeks ago and dropped the frame off at ROMAX in Stockton-on-Tees last Monday before going away for the week. I got a phone call on Tuesday to say it was ready - less than 24 hours.

Picked it up yesterday and as usual they have done a fantastic job.

Just need to put it back together now.

That's a nice GS 1000S, always fancied one of them when I had my Z900.

A week's a long time in the garage, or is that Politics? Anyway the H1 frame has moved from the kitchen to the garage and is starting to go back together. Roll on spring.
