Bloody post office have done it again, £8 handling fee on a $30 speedo bracket for my early H1

they seem to be getting hotter on there rip off charge.. I have no quarm paying duty but this is a rip off ... rant over

Nothing like being screwed by the state.
Some info here on import charges, looks like the threshold for VAT is just £15,
but import tax is £135.

Some vendors will put declared value below $24 /£15 if you ask them reproduction decals,mid adlantic will, jess freeby wont ask the question next time, shy bairns get no sweets!!!

Bought some seat trims from Jess Freeby about 3weeks ago, still no sign so I assume they're in customers waiting for someone to get round to ripping me off!
As you say, Jess will not alter the value, he states this quite clearly on his site.
