We transfer it out as soon as he can?
Could it be some sort of scam??
Hi Lain
I got the revised invoice and had been trying all my debit and credit cards but to no avail. I just approached my bank and eventually Paypal and I was informed that my UK paypal ac was not valid anymore because I transferred my residence to India. Additionally the ebay in India uses paisapay similar to paypal but not for payment outside india.
Can I transfer the said amount to your bank account? I was advised that this was the only way to remit money abroad. I am sorry for the inconvenience and the delay caused as its my first ebay bid after relocating to India. Please provide me the bank details so that I can transfer the money through my bank to yours.
cheers!

To be completely safe get them to use Western Union, there are loads of outlets here and in India it is relatively cheap and all you need is an agreed amount of I.D. and an agreed password. I know lots of people whoi send money to and from India by this method and it carries no risk of Scamming at all :smt023
