I need a bit of help from anyone who has a very original UK spec H1a please...will soon be starting to rebuid mine and I'd like to be able to ask various questions about some of the finer details, bolt head finishes, that sort of thing.
I know the UK bikes also had a rubber 'silencer' fitted to the top of the airbox, part no 11016-063. I have one but it's falling apart so just wondered if anyone might have one please?

. It is FAR rarer than just rare! I can't remember ever seeing one for sale anywhere, even on Ebay - EVER, there is One sat on the tap on my sink in the workshop, it's been there for eleven years since I washed it (security spring and all!) and NO-ONE has ever asked what it was .
Only found out by chance when steve asked me last year what it was , we looked in the parts manual and there it was As a silencer fitted to points models as RB said very very rare I would imagine lots of people would have thrown them away as it certainly took the edge off Steves bikes performance.
Probably worth about £500 eh Rick
