Green H2B for sale....
I see the Z1/Triples specialists in Staffordshire have finally confirmed their price for the very nice green H2B: £16,000 !!!!
It clearly is an exceptional example, but 16 grand - flippin eck. I offered them £11k for a 72 H2 they were restoring over two years ago....and they turned me down.
There are clearly people out there who are prepared to pay that kind of money for really nice ones.

What are the errors, Rick ? it looks lovely to me but I agree it's not worth that price?El Presidente wrote:.She is registered with a 1972 "Historic Vehicle" identity with free roadtax.
REALLY ?I first bought that bike back in 1997, I have apparently owned it 3 times
I REALLY don't see anything special about it, I see a few minor errors that make it a £9k bike

Ah, you're absolutely correct. I knew it was north of Watford, anyway....petearis wrote:It's in ShropshireCandiblu wrote:I see the Z1/Triples specialists in Staffordshire have finally confirmed their price for the very nice green H2B![]()

Just little things that would niggle me, the seat cover isn't great, washers on the exhaust bolts are wrong, plug leads coming in the wrong way, front disc is painted black on the inside where it shoule be bare, steering damper missing, casting marks polished off exhaust flanges . . . all minor stuff . . . but stuff that ought to be PERFECT on a bike at that price.
Keep One wheel down . . . . .
