Hi new member here with a 73 S1a , it has stood for a long while but I got it going, its going to be a ongoing restoration as I have another bike which needs plenty of attention. Heres a couple of pictures

I seem to be losing a part of the photos but you can hopefully see the bits that matter.

Welcome onboard Dave, we are still working out the bells and whistles on this new Forum software, it has changed almost beyond recognition from the old site, your Photobucket images are complete when we click on the link.

You can (or rather Admin can) change your username if you have another preference, just ask.

Hi from another new member.
Back in 80s my mate had a twin shock GPz550 I can remember loads of times that he phoned to get parts then turned up to find they were wrong as they were for the monoshock version.
When I was upgrading from a Suzuki GT250B - I seized it missing a gear - a Moto Morini 3 1/2 was on my shortlist together with a KH400. The KH won. I still think the 3 1/2 looks like a nice bike though.
