RB found me another real nice 70H1 which i bought off him and I will be using as a rider.

And yes I will be changing the handlebars!!!

This bike was sold to a gentleman who owned one of the original 70H1"s imported into the UK.
Following a car accident while on his bike some time ago he has recently had to have his leg removed below the knee.
He is really looking forward to sorting the H1 out and geting it back on the road.
Like he said who needs the rear brake anyway! Thumbs Up

Err is this an original UK 70 Malc??? if so it clears up what decal the UK 70 should have fitted when it came over here! If not does the guy who owned one of the 1st ones over here remember what was on the oil tank ALL those years ago??? It would put another myth to rest :D

The one I have kept AND the one I have sold are both USA imports

Do it mate!!!! My mate had an original one with points AND a leccy iggy decal so if your man has a photty or can remember what was on the oil tank it would make me, mr crank and rb happier people :lol: :lol: :lol: Thumbs Up .

This is the only picture I have of my 1970 H1 in 1979 - I know it had a later front end, but don't remember having to remove a decal / sticker from the oil tank when I sprayed it Kawasaki green. Strangely it did not have a badge on the other side either :o
