WS Churchill "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war"
This is me thirty years ago. Pretty damn cool eh ??? Note the back tyre covered in chain lube
The bike was a KH400 with Dyson kit. The engine was race tuned by Terry Beckett ( anyone remember him ? ) and it was as fast as hell as long as you revved it like mad. I used to wheelie it all the while and looking back I absolutely thrashed the life out of it. I can remember riding to Wales and back along the A5 just for the hell of it
This is my daughter who is mad about bikes :
GREAT pics! I still have the same leather jacket that I had in my late teens, I use to be able to do the chip shop run and fit 3 LARGE Kebabs down the front and worry that they would fall out . . . . . . Nowadays I would struggle to get a saveloy down there
Ah yes Terry Beckett i had a 350 lc tuned by him,i remember driving up to Nottingham and trying to find his place (no sat nav then) i was expecting a big workshop but found him in a shed at the bottom of his garden. lovely chap and excellent workmanship

I have also got my original jacket from 1976, black with red, green and yellow strips along with all the old badges. Just had a replica made as the old jacket has shrunk
The new one looks great, so when bike is back together it will get a run out.
