just got a Toyota hiace van big enough for two bikes just :D bit heavy on fuel, use to belong to a undertaker I tried to covert the two tear coffin carrier to load bikes but had no luck so have taken it out Thumbs Up phil

Janey has fallen straight in love with the Wheelchair access vans.. Result!

We could be going to look at one at the weekend.

She's also warming ot the idea of driving it around France and Andorra.. Backup Van like!

Cant beat wheelchair access van as bike transporters but check ground clearance at the back as some are very low and when you put a heavy bike in they can have almost no ground clearance !

Me and Malc got a kh250 and s2 at same time in the back of my citreon berlingo multispace a couple of weeks ago and had h2 last year,just took seats out 8 bolts and bobs your uncle,had to take front wheels off mind Thumbs Up no not the van :lol:

There are absolutely great ones out there... plenty of ex authority ones.. plenty of garages specialising in wheelchair access vehicles..

Fk me I can buy a whole Bus for £3k!

We once bought an old ambulance for 2K, using it for track days and rallys.
It had done 216000 miles!
The siren still worked not that we would ever use it :oops: :oops: :oops:

The only slight fly in the ointment is that sometimes the insurance companies load the premium for none commercial use.. Probably worth asking the question first.

Long Wheel base Sprinter Thumbs Up 6 Bikes easily, 10 at a push (including KV's) 35 MPG Empty 8)

ah yes Rick, this is where Scouse will pitch in with a link to. Van loaded weight limits etc ?

I lurve my lwb Sprinter, despite their inability to keep paint on them , but use the space in the back and fill it with bikes , and it's way over it's weight limit !!!! and don't the brakes just let you know it :shock:

Its finally happened, triples club has turned into caravan and camping weekly.

H2 in a berlingo on the way to the 2010 southern rally!!..All I did was take the mirrors off to get it in..
