Pinched this pic from december 2013 magazine file
This is it before Steve restored it.
It looks 10 times better than it really was!
Pipes were rotten, side panels broke and Steve can tell us much more!

Superb work Steve, where will its first public appearance be?
if you wish to quote me, that's fine. But please use the quote button provided, not a variation of my words.

Thanks for your kind remarks fellas Thumbs Up . I'm hoping to be able to take it to the Blackpool rally in May. It's turned out better than I thought it would, but thats due to this club and all the help and advise that I was able to tap into. The club has been invaluable. I think to restore a triple without membership would be very difficult :)

Is that a YDS7/YR5 ? My first two stroke was a YR5 and I can feel myself wanting to buy another.......
Contents may settle !

It's a 1972 YR5. It's a cracking little bike. I would recommend one. YDS7s were gold/black and YR5s mandarin orange / black :D
