Bought it 11 years ago off Rick for £4000.
Its been used/abused and (up to now) has never let me down.
I put H2C paintwork and seat on it otherwise its unrestored.
Ive put fork seals in it and changed the engine oil once, new plugs as well.
I park it up and it always start within a few kicks, battery is also at least 11 years old
It hadnt run for 9 months

As the h2's don't need a battery to fire up the engine, keep in mind that if it feels rough at low revs it could be your old battery!
I had this recently using on old battery and was scratching my head as to what was causing my H2c to run rough at low revs.
Great pic of the 2 loves of your life!

Re: Three of my favourite bikes.
Im sure it was going to Switzerland or France?
You were going to deliver it in fact im sure you were going to ride it there and fly back??
you had changed all the fluids etc and it was ready to roll.
Guy dropped out at the last minute and I had actually turned up with 7K to buy the blue 72 H2 out of your museum?
I then thought fuck it ,its only money and bought the H2B with a business cheque, as well and just put it on my overdraft!!
What a great buy it turned out to be, far better than most of the other "overpriced shite " you have sold me
I do believe I stayed the night and we managed a bottle of red between us
You do realise that some (most) of the worst hangovers I have ever had have involved you
