Toolkit
I understand this is not an original toolkit from a triple, the guy advertised it as a 1970's Z toolkit.
Was wondering though, if any of it has similarities to the tools in an H1D?
Again, I know a toolkit is just a toolkit and a lot of people substitute the original tools with getter quality, but I'd quite like a retro toolkit for my H1.
It's missing the pliers, 12/13mm spanner, tommy bar for the spark plug socket and the spanner extension but it's work in progress and I scour the car boot sales and eBay. Have found suzuki and yamaha tools but nothing Kawasaki.
Any thoughts of the toolkit is appreciated.

Re: Toolkit
the thing (don't know the english word ) to change spark plug is curious and if it's the right one it should have a bar nearly of the same dimension that the screw driver bar to turn the thing
and the screw driver should have a double head bar one for philip head (don't know exactly if it's philip speaking about cruciform screw) and the other for ordinary screw
see here early H1 tool kit on page 154

Re: Toolkit
Thanks for the replies all,
There is a NOS 12/13 mm spanner on eBay at moment on auction starting at £10 with £5 postage. I'm tempted to bid but £15 for a spanner? I might keep looking.
Cheers
Nigel

It's easier than that 'cos the new Suzuki kits don't have a logo on them! They've almost doubled in price in the last few years though!Neil the Don wrote:Sam, Do you then grind of the Suzuki logo on the spanners , and solder on the Kawasaki lgo ??

Re: Toolkit
Try this. You can substitute these for your missing bits.

No logo's. I've got 2 of these and they're genuine.

Re: Toolkit
I bought this today, £32 including postage. It has the tools I'm missing and will then put the rest back on eBay to claw back a few quid.
