Re: Southern Rally
Well what a weekend at the UK southern rally, absolutely brilliant. Many thanks for all those for making the effort in attending it was great to see you all again, for your info there were 84 bikes in total attendance with 57 triples on the ride out on Saturday the biggest turn out ever for the southern and we of course were blessed with great weather. What a great club this is, great bikes and great members.

Its not just a life its a F**kin adventure

Re: Southern Rallie
What a fantastic weekend and a great turnout so many triples on the ride out in lovely weather, Saturday night was entertaining with a guest appearance from the Eastbourne fiddler, low point was when Tartans arse went nuclear.
A big thanks for all those involved.

Re: Southern Rally
Brilliant weekend, thanks to all the organisers, and the Hawkenbury Inn. Special thanks from me to Turkish who helped me out on the hard shoulder of the M20 when I seized on the way. Thanks to everyone who offered me their advice. I still managed the curry run, the fish and chip run and 50 miles home.

Re: Southern Rally
What a WONDERFUL weekend! It was touch and go as to whether I would make it, but I am soooo happy that I did and I live to fight yet another day!
Unknown to me my phone GPS sensor said I hit a high of 104.5 MPH (no doubt trying to prove that the 550 KTM was no match for a H2 round the bends
) My sincere thanks to Mike & Karen (especially the relentless Karen) Del and all others that helped to make it such a great weekend! A BIG high five to the most unlikely landlord and a very conscientious landlady and staff! TOTAL respect to all the French guys that made the effort!!!!!!!! - - -Great times, Great memories . . . YOU should have been there!

Re: Southern Rally
forgot to say when we arrived at Dover on sunday for the ferry nearly at the last traffic lights before the ferry, arrived a guy on a GXR 1000 white and blue, black leather suit, boots and helmet with red, green and black scheme. I decided to show him the old girl was still fast , green light: started 1st gear 7500 RPM , 2d gear the same and didn't push more as my team mates were on the rear.
Damned, he passed me with a curious dash light, he was a coop
Suddenly my english was worse than usual and after hear that I should drive with my brain and that I wanted make race with the other bike, means his GSXR, that is very bad
he let me go
noticed he has a special thing on his right ankle should be a radar or and a camera.
Next time I will see a brand new bike with a kind of race driver in UK will start at 1500 RPM and push until 2500
wonder what he have said if he had followed Rick, the KTM and me during the saturday runout
