One of my best friends, Dionne, is a researcher for TV and works in TV production. She worked with Guy on all those Speed TV series. She says he is a really great guy, just like you imagine, not into publicity or fame, just someone who wants to do the job, say his stuff an fuck off back to his workshop.

He is a brilliant guy. Respect to him in this world of celebrity exposure and fame. He just is not into all that.

Dionne says she would, you know..... given the chance....do him. :wink:

I can't say I met him, but I managed to push past all the women in the paddock at the 2010 TT to get his signature. As it wasn't exactly planned, I got him to sign my club membership card, although it looks like I've scribbled on it myself!! The next day he stacked the Hailwood lookalike Honda at Ballagarey!

He always provides entertaining TV!!
