A Few Do`s and Dont`s.

Post by Neil the Don »

Been a week or two since one of our favourite recurring topics has surfaced. So I thought we could start of a thread on some basic No No`s of Triple ownership............................

Likee DON`T use ATF or 80/90w Gearl oil ( Too thin/weak , too heavy )

DON`T use pod air filters. ( never carburate properly )

DON`T use cheap pattern carb rebuild kits. ( nothing fits ot works !! )

DON`T ask for a paint code number so your mate can paint it. ( There isn`t one ).

DON`T use o.e.m tyr pressures with modern tyres. ( too low. )

And before Sam gets this one in : DON`T call on NeiltheDon on a Sunday........................!!!

I`ve got a few more, but over to you lot...................................................?

Hahaha, my supply is running low looks like in 2020 I might have to buy some 2 stroke!! If I do it will only be the second bottle of 2 stroke I've bought since 1996!! I got caught out in Worcester, luckily near a bike shop
