For someone as unfit as me It wasn't the easiest thing I've done but I did it in 2 hours 56 minutes & i'm now a stone & a half lighter
I said when i crossed the line I would never do another one, but in hindsight if I can shed another 7 - 14 llbs I might have another bash next year but not at Tonbridge the bloody hills were a killer

I didn't give up & rolled across the line in 2 hours 56 minutes! Most I've ran before this half marathon non-stop was 6 miles, I ran virtually non stop for 9 miles then walked & ran the rest and proved a few of you wrong
And I'm the veteran of the team being 5 years older than the next one below me!
