All in all a very enjoyable Rally


I thought I would just say a few thanks for making our Rally a success.
The first thanks I have to give are to Kerry when I approached him about possibility stealing his date in July he was so obliging about it so first thanks goes to him.

Secondly I must thank Andy for having idea to have a rally{I had a notion back in the 90's but it would never have happened} his effort and commitment to running this were second to none.

Third I have to thank all those who turned up, a rally can only be a rally if people attend and you did ,No it was not the cheapest rally you will ever attend due to the boat fare but I hope the facilities and location went some way to softening the blow.

Next is the Coleraine Rugby Club they opened their doors to us and made us very welcome the shower blocks and bar area are top notch and the bar man Eamon was very welcoming

I think we all have to say the man of the meeting was the BBQ king /Security guard
Brian Gibson ,he arrived with a bag full of goodies for the raffle and they were really top notch prizes ,he then spent his time guarding the site when we where on ride-outs and firing up the BBQ even at breakfast time I think we all enjoyed his Saturday night BBQ.

Brendan for collecting the guys luggage at boat and following them up.

Clint for driving support van on Saturday which we didn't need {well done boys}.

Also to Paul and Simon for counting the Judging
Also to Si for giving a Kawaparts voucher.

And last but definitely not least Kawasaki Motoplus { {Coleraine}not only did they give us 2 £50 quid vouchers but got Kawasaki UK to provide us with their Banners and enormous surf flags.

So from me to all of you

My wife was bowled over by the hospitality shown by all the Irish guys. Firstly Brendan for meeting us at the ferry, Eamon was definitely a top notch barman and Brian's BBQ and breakfast was spot on. You did good guys!

I agree with all that has been said. A fantastic rally, really well organised at a top notch venue in a beautiful part of the world.
