BTW conflit of laws rules mean that for real estate and real estate only it is the law of the country on which is the real estate which applies.
This explained when kawaclive's father died the french law was applied to the property siting in France.
And in France you can't disinherited utterly your children. they should have a part of the inheritence, the part depends of how many children the deceased has got and other conflit laws rules could interferer.
