Standard gearing is 14/41 S3 & 15/41 KH400.

As Sam says, the 14/41 will make it a bit livelier.

Hi.
Although its the smoothest triple and has the most torque of all the small triples a 37T rear sprocket is going to make it feel rather lethargic. You will just end up hanging longer in the lower gears and using more down changes to get required momentum.

Going off topic a bit, but did you know that a H2 produces more torque (if the manufactures figures are to be believed) than a Honda CBX 1000?
I thought it didn't sound right, so had to check...

1972 Kawasaki H2 750 Mach IV - Max Torque. 77.4 Nm @ 6500 rpm
1978 Honda CBX 1000 - Max Torque. 76.6 Nm @ 6500 rpm

Final drive gear ratio is a matter of personal choice.
I run my KH400 with 15-38 teeth sprockets.
It makes 1st gear a little tall but i find it great for 1 up riding or with a light weight passenger.
The 38T sprocket i made from a Blank sprocket which you can buy off Ebay or from engineering parts suppliers.
530 chain size is 5/8" x 3/8"
JT Sprockets do a selection of sprockets but not the 37T size you want.
