these pics were taken back in 77-78 at the british GP by Classic japan [john woodmore] he asked me to post them on here to see if they were any club members bikes

Well they are certainly British bikes. What else could they be, wearing those bloody awful Le Sports that were about all you could get in the way of spannies back then in UK.

They were both British bikes, the lower bike is none other than "SHA 5N", at the time of the photo it belonged to Simon Turner from Derby, the other bike is again a Derby bike and owned by Alan Yee, Simon then bought the Orange bike as well and proudly came round to show it off to me, the next day he was heading for Matlock on the A6 at a high rate of knots when he overtook a car just as a super dream was doing the same in the opposite direction, the consequences were horrendous, Simon survived about 9 Months before passing away - I in turn bought SHA 5N and the remnants of the Orange H2c - MANY of you know the next 15 Years history of SHA 5N :wink:
