Since my Divorce earlier this year I've been H2less as I had to sell my lurvely H2A but for me life just without a triple in the garage.
some of my previous h2's, the blue h2 was an Italian import still with KPH clock I wonder where it is now?

And my old H2A

So I've gone completely mad and bought this pile of $#@&
It was cheap by h2B standards it needs loads as you can see but if I can help in rescuing it from the breakers which is where it was, I was too late to save the chain guard and few other things but I like doing my bit in saving these wonderful pieces of engineering

So if anybody has spare parts lying about the garage PM and let me how much you want etc.
I have clocks and front brake assembly, oil tank but we'll start with Big stuff like.
All the Crankcase covers.
Oil pump.
Side panels.
Clutch basket cover, cups, springs or whole assembly
Carbs
Kick start lever
Oil lines
Chain guard
Throttle assembly
foot brake lever and torque arm
gear lever and linkage. It's all a big ask I know but I thought I would try here before Ebay

We'd only laugh if it were funny, but I don't reckon either a divorce or that restoration comes under that description.. you have yer work cut out there fella.

Well Mal....... I paid £1500 which I didn't think was too bad a price by todays prices, some may think I paid too much but if I watch the budget I should OK. I'm not looking to make money if I can restore it by using a mix of repro and genuine bits it will turn out decent and I'll have some fun and games along the way, I know It will never be a concours winner !!!! But for me that's what it's all about.

I'd replied to your e-mail before I looked at your post. I see what you mean. However, you have a good basis to start from and if you can see beyond the .... (can't think of a work to describe what I can see) I know you'll finish up with a very clean presentable bike. Let me know how the resto goes.

Blimey...You will get there in the end though!.... I thought my KH was bad! kept outside for 15 years, bird & mouse nests in it, electrics full of water & corroded etc etc.

Its taking some time but this is it at the moment ( due in no small way to the help and advice received from members of this club!)

I know its not the right colour but I like it! Good luck with yours!

My old h2a came with free mice nests up the all the exhausts and about two pound of grain out of some American barn !!! RB is great he never charges for extras like that.

Oh yes and don't get me started on colour choices I'm not a great fan of H2B colours but I do like originality, that decision tho is some way off !!!!

Sad to hear you lost the H2a .. I to have been down that route

What I do have, is a decent tank, clutch cover..small crack but usable, blob of weld & polish good as new.

To you Sir FOC if it helps get you a H2 on the road.
I'm at the Northern, let me know & I'll throw em in the van

Hi David, thanks your for your very kind offer of parts. The tank I have has only one small ding so hopefully after some tank sealer and paint it ahould be OK tho I'm no paint expert tho.Regards the clutch cover I'll gladly take

I'm a welder so I can sort that out no problem, I'll be at the Northern. Thanks.
