I wonder how many of those bikes are:
A: Still around
B: Modded beyond reconition
C: Restored to new(ish)

Thats my H1b cnr986k, the second bike to be seen at the start. It had ace bars, lowered clocks and a kh tank/seat/tail. It went back to std for a few years and I sold it to a welsh lad. Last time i saw it Rick had it but it was a wreck again. I believe it was eventually broken for parts for another H1 restoration!

I wished I had left it with the KH tank as i thought it looked smart (ok a new paint job would have been good). Never liked it as a std H1b.

What strikes me is that we're so used to looking at triples it doesn't look dated until you catch a glimpse of the cars. Bedford CF, Mk1 Tranny, Hilman Hunter? etc.

...oh that and the fact that there seem to be a load of children riding round on H2s!
