Many Thanks for all your replies,My full name is Mark Batiste and yes Guernsey is french related, the island is small with a speed limit of 35  the h2b is an american import with just 1600 miles on the clock which i am just tidying up a bit I also have a zx12 ,z900,z1000hx2,km90,kh400,kr1s,rd500,tc100,and an early bandit1200 oh and an angry wife. No i am not loaded i just work really hard! As i said i am also looking for a h1/kh500 and a250 which i am saving hard for. Hopefully i will try and post some pics when the bikes are finished and the weather improves. The forum will come in handy with all the help you all offer, and look forward to meeting a lot of you at stafford in october.

Hi Garry,I do know of Mark Frampton,he's a nice chap . I heard he had a h2 in bits so I phoned him and asked if he wanted to sell it but he said he was hoping to restore it at some stage, it must be your old one as he said he'd brought it in the Uk. One of the brothers you mentioned with the triples is a good friend of mine he has a big selection of bikes and bits but is reluctant to get rid of any of it, don't blame him really .Because the island is quite small there's not many bikes that I don't know about, but there's always someone with something tucked away some where we just need to find them.

You would be amazed at the bikes that are in Guernsey, there is some lovely kit over there.

And the speed limits appear to be a suggestion rather than an order.
