To Upload an Avatar click on "User Control Panel" at the top of most pages.
Then select the "Profile" Tab
And choose "Avatar settings" down the Left hand side.
Click "Upload file" and navigate to your avatar image file and double click it.
Then Click "Submit".
Avatar maximum size is 150x150 pixels.
