Re: STAFFORD 0CTOBER 2016
I have a spare room booked at the Hurricane if required.
As I have my own stand at the show I am unable to help on the day but I can bring my ratty used KH400 if required, and am happy to help in any way I can.
WE MUST NOT LOSE OUR SPOT AT THIS SHOW (THE MAIN CLASSIC BIKE SHOW OF THE YEAR) COME ON LADS LETS PULL TOGETHER AND GET THIS SORTED.

I can bring my well travelled KH 400 - I hope that my shoulder should have recovered by then.

floats my boat,so many years of looking at sparkly bikes that never hit the road, the mankier the better, not a drop of polish to be seenNeil the Don wrote:I like the idea of "real world" bikes.
Stick an old tent in the background , prop Adew French bikes ( a.k.a. Hard ridden and road dirty
and bin the carpet tiles and spotlights. a few other bikes with Spannies , a knackered old nail, like Malc's H2C , and we can be the Club who claim to have started the backlash against the Trailer Queen over restored tarts handbags !!!
Bring it on. Get Nipper,up , wearing his old Denco T Shirt, with a glass of Jack in hand. Real Bikers rule !!!

Re: STAFFORD 0CTOBER 2016
I can help man the stand for one of the days - flexible as to which, provided I know far enough in advance
Could bring up the H1A - definitely a "real world" bike but I imagine that's no good if I'm only there for a day
Be good to meet some of you in any case

Re: STAFFORD 0CTOBER 2016
Very encouraging to see all the offers of help and the enthusiasm, but to correct Malcolm's earlier post, I gave two years' notice! I'll be talking to Malc W in the week, so hopefully get the minimum necessary to him to make a show of it. Don't forget the regalia; Stafford is one of the best selling opportunities! Fantastic of JP to offer to come all that way; the man is a legend in his own time! As are any of his friends who come with him.

Re: STAFFORD 0CTOBER 2016
So I will come: great
no hydraulic lift when you rebuilt an engine on a rally or on the road, you haven't got one

France near Bussy Les Mines september 2013 Wolfie's bike, Tartan working
BTW Andrew are you coming too to show your glorious H2A to the public
Do you want I ask to an other froggie to come?

Re: STAFFORD 0CTOBER 2016
OK.
I am sure that by everyone chipping in we can make it a good display as usual.
Thanks to everyone that has offered to help out
I have only been to the Stafford show once before. My vans engine blew up and I vowed to never return , but Hey Ho.
Roger Ramm has offered to assist me as I have never attempted anything like this before,
but I didn't want our Club to loose its spot at this prestigious show.
I am not too sure what themes have been carried out in the past and what theme everyone would like this year ????
I do not currently have a room booked for the show, what or who do I need to talk to ???
I look forward to seeing you all.
THANKS
