I'm in the middle of doing a conversion using GPZ305 wheels, the rear fits straight on same axle diameter, drum brake and the sprocket lines up, just needs a spacer making, front is a bit more difficult, changed bearings so axle will fit , its just finding a disc or discs that will fit, thinking of modifying KH250 discs to fit but its a big job, have to remove the carrier rivets then drill to the GPZ stud pattern, it looks like it could be possible and GPZ305 wheels are dirt cheap.

Hi.
There is a KH250 on Gumtree at the moment with GPZ305 wheels in it. Pictures are not very good but it might give you a few ideas. It appears that they have used a complete GPZ front end. Hope this helps.

Regards Alan.
