Hi all, I'm about to send an application for a v5 on an import. I have the nova number and dating certificate and I think they need photo id and proof of address.
Does the bike need to be insured and will it help to have an mot.
Thanks for any help

Driving licence as proof of address no need for insurance or mot tick the historic box dating certificate must be less than a year old which I think is bollox as it's age doesn't change

Thanks guys for info, much appreciated.
I'm sure last time, about 10 years ago, I insured it on the frame number and got it mot'd.
If I don' have to, I won't :)
