JT Front Sprockets

Post by Nigel Thorpe »

Hi all. Bike = H2C. Wanted to ask if anyone has tried, or succeeded, in buying the correct JT front sprocket recently. I've recently ordered 15 and a 16 teeth sprockets (JTF508-15 and 16), yet, despite their catalogue clearly showing a picture of a sprocket with the 4mm hole for the tab of the sprocket nut locking washer, both have arrived without the holes, so are essentially unusable. Tried contacting JT or the distributor and they just don't want to know, despite their site saying they are happy to assist with enquiries.
Wondering if anyone has had similar problems and how/if they got around it.
Thank you.

14,15 and 16 on tripleparts. They all have the tab washer hole.

Thats a neat idea and I suppose that it would not cause any balance issues as the locating screw is so small

Honda use two bolts and you rotate the washer ,90 degrees ( it has the pattern of the sprocket and groove)
So it's nothing new
