I had a Fantic TI in 1977 - twas an L reg orange one :)
I have restored one with the correct plate and log book to immaculate condition - no fumes through the zorst - no fuel in the tank - EVER 8)

I think the best restored TI in the UK :?: _ I have not seen one any where near as good :arrow:

Got a little more done this evening.
This is NOT a cocours restoration - I am trying to re- use as much as possible withot replacing. The pipes are originals and not rechromed.

The four re-chromed items arrived back today - grab rail, one chain adjuster block, horn ring and one peice of the gear lever - excellent! Seat came back too - I think it looks good!

Where did you get your seat cover from...?
Had the seat base repaired (Small amount of welding to one side) re-painted - holder thing re-tapped, re-covered and posted back for £105 - from Leightons - and yes very pleased with it.

Tipped some 25:1 into the carbs tonight and after nearly fourty years the old girl came back to life after 4 kicks :D
Sounds good too - can't wait to get her registered and back on the road where she belongs 8)
